I am realizing that I am hard to keep up with.

I speak in sarcasm. I expect people to keep up with me, not to be insulted but to roll with the humor and give it back. I have high expectations. I want you to make me laugh, but I also want kindness and genuine emotion. I expect people to be as passionate about things as I am, whether it be in love or in life. I move quickly through life, preferring to be busy always, throwing my whole self into things.

But I have no intention of slowing down.

There are people in this life who will speed up their pace to keep up with you.

There are people who will let you walk away without trying to catch you.

And there are people who already move as fast as you, who match your pace naturally.

Match me.
